House Rent & Denying Owner PAN card
Hi,
I stay in BTM layout in Bangalore and pay a rent of 10,000 per month to my house owner.
He says, he accepts only cash.
He does not want to give bank account details …
There are so many complaints in this forum, no actions taken by the government…
All employees are genuinely paying income tax,,,,,but all Bangalore building owners are not paying any taxation……..Its huge loss to Indian government ……….
