On the 30th of January 2017, I purchased 3 HP toner cartridges from the website hpshopping.in. I paid Rs.11,403. My order ID is 841181. They promised me same day delivery when I was making the purchase. Now after more than 8 days, today, the 7th February, the products have still not being delivered. I wrote several emails to the customer service, no reply was given. I also called the customer service number, the reps simply hanging up on me. This happened several times. This company has not given a clear reason why the product ordered is not being delivered. All my attempts to reach or communicate with them have simply being ignored. So this is a clear case of cheating and fraud. I want my money back immediately from this company.
