I ordered Makhan and raisins in “fusion-collectionn.myshopify.com/” (order#1420), the contact us provided in website was 11, Adarsh market, Chalthan, Gujarat. Now it seems they have opened a new website “kasturifab.myshopify.com/” (which is quite similar except few things the colour orange is replaced by pink colour and the letters “fusion-collectionn” is replaced by “kasturifab”.

I placed the order for 10 KG box of Kesar Mango and paid RSVP. 460/- through my credit card but no mango has been delivered, the payment was made through Razorpay On greatword site.
This is a fraud company and Razorpay is hand in gloves with this company.

Yes it is a fraud company. We do not know where to complain. Otherwise this company will go on cheating people & looting money. This is an online fraud & Razorpay is also involved in this fraud
Kasturi fab is a big fraud I gave order mangos paid online no response for emails and I filed complaint against Kasturi fabmyshopify.cim and greatword site

This company is a thief company elated my money i orderd mangoes they made me fool i made payment of 1100rs and its not showing any order company contact number fraud mail fraud
I have gone through the same issue..I ordered 10kg alphanso mango ..paid around 500 rs online for the same..
After that there is no news from the recipients..

Today I order to kasturi fab 10kg Alphanso Mango Hapus I pay the amount through phone pe I pay the amount Rs. 578.82 on 8th April 2021 at 16:10:36 pmfter the payment deduction screen of kasturi fab is desapear and I didn’t understand where I go to check my order know I realised it’s a fraud with me please do action against this
