sir i have booked one wireless charger ( Limitless Wireless Charger ) through www.xank.in site which i have received today on 28.08.2018 from Ecom Express courier services. The said product which i have received does not match with the product whom i have booked. Besides the said product is faulty. As soon as i received the said product i called the customer number of the said company for its return but no response has been made from that end. As such it is request that the said product may kindly be picked up as i want to return it.
my address details is already lying with them.
