I have booked Mountain Snow Electric Bicycle in 4098 Rs on 30/08/2021 through the online website Sofex.in that order number is #1969
but to date didn’t get my order and didn’t get any information from the company and the company website is not working.
I have made the payment online RAZORPAY SFT PVT LTD NODAL ACT
Please help to refund my amount.

I have been cheated the same. I ordered bicycle on 28th Aug through online website Sofex.in but right now no information from company site, infact can not contact through their website, email or contact number. I made thr payment online RAZORPAY SFT. Pleased help to get the refund or take any neccessary action
