I want to purchase APC SRC1KUXI ups for my NAS. SoI searched on google and I came across the ad of Vlebazaar.in because of lowest price of 17,999/-. So, I completed the payment of INR 17,999/- on 28/7/2021. And after that I waited for 3 days for getting update regarding shipping (as their website claims) but, I didnt recieved any update till 10th working day. So, after that i did what was seem to be a good step, calling vlebazaar coustmer care. So, I called on the number …. 55551, and they picked up the call. I recorded the call and the so called executive promised to dispatch the order (898256) with in 24 hrs. But, like before, nothing happend, no update, no docket number. So, I called again and no one picked up the call. Then I searched the youtube and playstore, BAM, reviews mention their stories ” Scam, forgery, 420″ Were famous words in reviews. Then I again called the coustmer service, and this time, they attended the call, I insisted on cancelling the order and after a hard time, they updated the order status as cancelled and Refund issued. Now the irony begins, They updated that the refund is scheduled to process on 14/9/2021. Man, am I crazy or am I fool. The payment which I made on 28/7/2021, I will get back on 14/9/2021. Wow if sensex increases 5% they had made easy money with a fraud, I wonder if they will do same thing with 1000 individuals money. And there is a shocking thing, On invoice they didnt mentioned GST number and amount. I wonder how can one sell products online without GST billing. Enough of my story. Now I’m thinking to take legal step against vlebazaar.in if they do not issue my refund within 4 working days after the date of cancellation i.e. 7,8,2021 (they had mentioned it on their website that refund will be credited to account with in 4 working days if done through Net Banking, I used razorpay net banking for that).
