Huawei Honor 4x – Delay in service and bad responsiveness by Huawei Service Center and customer care

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I have submitted my Honor 4x handset on 16th March at OMKAR Service Center, Rohini, Delhi for resolving “NOT CHARGING” issue. Handset was under warranty. Warranty is being served by Huawei, India.

Service center has not delivered my repaired phone till today. As I called many times knowing the current status of my phone they suggested to wait for 2-4 days. But when I called them after those days they did not give me any status and solution. They bothered me. I want to tell the name of Customer Care Executive (Mr. Sumit Sharma) and Senior Executive (Mr. Md. Mustakeem) who bothered me and always given wrong information.

I would like to log complaints against Huawei company for this serious issue.

I mailed them for getting status of my device but they did not respond. Given below is the text written in mail to “[email protected]

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I would like to inform that I have submitted my Honor 4x (IMEI 866941020293724) mobile phone to OMKAR SERVICE, Sector 6, Rohini, Delhi for “Not charging” issue on date 16/03/2016. But still they don’t deliver my repaired phone. I called many times to the service center but they didn’t answered me well. In-spite of solving my queries they talked rudely.

Lastly I called customer care unit but they were not ready to log my complaints. After trying three times in different days one of the executive had logged my complaint and given the complaint ID 21084317 and told in within 24 hrs you will receive a call from our side about current status of your phone. I waited for approx. 48 hrs, there was no any response from your side. What is this?

If anyone purchases a phone and get the warranty of 12 months, how can he wait for repairing a phone for more than half a month?

Either fix and deliver my repaired phone within 4 days (upto 8th April 2016) or provide me a same new phone with 12 months of warranty?

If you are able to deliver my phone before 9th April, extend my warranty period and mail me the repair status details each day.
