I filled a form to get iPhone on emi on hugefhone .Com and gat a confirmation sms that my application get approved and an email with application id and details. On 21st a got a call from hugefhone representative and asked to pay two emi advance, I paid 3832 by mobiqwik and he told me that u will get your iPhone in next 24-48 hours, it was good because I want to gift this mobile to my wife on teej but after that I got a text that please upload documents and photo, I uploaded and then they informe me that it’s on verification process and will take 5-7 days(on 22nd) I feel charged but decided to wait. In between I keep calling and mailing regarding my order but got no details of my product they only told me to wait till evening every time and no response over email. I asked to cancel my order and asked to cancel it over email but no reply. I also called today but same reply, wait. I am very frustrated. It’s more than 7 working days but no reply. It’s really very disappointing to chase for my own money daily and company is not taking me in loop, atleast as customer I have right to know what’s going on. I don’t think it’s fair practice. I have all the sms, email and mobile number but helpless. Please help me.
