I’ve been dealing with this agency since more than 3 months and it’s been horrible. They quoted 58.6K for my north east trip and then increased the money to 80K. Later again increased the money 2 times stating demand is high and charges have gone up. Finally I had to pay 1.66 lakhs. I tried to cancel the trip but somehow adjusted the money and completed the payment. Please do not opt this agency as they don’t know anything and cheat people.
This package was inclusive of breakfast and dinner along with parking charges. During the trip they state that you need to spend from your pocket and later they’ll refund. After producing all the bills, Now they’re telling I need to wait till Nov end for refund to happen since it’s Diwali. These people harass the customers and we’ll be literally begging at them for our own money.
Please note to increase their rating their own employees are writing Google reviews. Eg. Sumit Tripathi. He is my point of contact and changes name as per their wish and will. It’s been nearly 3 months and I’ve not received the invoice. Please note these buggers are charging 18% GST while they need to charge 5%.
Sumit will change his name as per his wish and will. People with the name of Rahul, Sumit, Avinash, Sachin, Vishal, Ravi, Shikha, etc.. all are frauds and their behavior is very rude.
Summary: I’ve not received the invoice, refund, and they increased the package amount by ~150%. The agency is filled up with frauds like Sumit, Rahul whose behaviour is very rude and they literally threaten by saying do what you want. Since our money is stuck, we’ve to beg at them. I’m back from northeast trip today itself and sincerely avoid this agency.
Please go through genuine agency and do not loose your hard earned money by choosing these types of agencies. Statements by Yogya Raj, Vipin is true.. these types of agencies should be banned and put behind the bars for harrasing us mentally.
The hotel hospitality inn that they booked for us in Dirang is non existing. Even Humsafar guys were cheated, so funny. I had to run in the streets of Dirang with my 6 year old kid in search of the hotel that these people have booked, in reality it’s non existent. Whosoever has been cheated or harassed by these folks, please file a case. These guys should know what is like getting cheated.
