My Name is Dipanka Hazarika and I am from Nalbari Assam.I booked a tour package for 5 adults to Sikkim for 4 nights 5 days through noida based travel agency HUMSAFAR HOLIDAYS(address is given below). At first they sent me a mail of the package amounting 45000 which was final. On 28.09.2021 I paid 50% of the package. On the same day they asked for full payment saying that they will send all the booking details to me. Accordingly, I paid the full amount (attachment enclosed).After paying 45000 they asked for another 15000 on .01.10.2021due to hike in prices of goods and service. I argued with them and requested for cancellation. But they told me to pay the amount and that will be final price which I paid on 1.10.2021(attachment enclosed). Then they asked for 18% GST which is also paid on 4.10.2021.On 6.10.2021 they again asked for another 15000 which I come to know as complete fraud through internet feedbacks about the organization. Thrn I asked them to cancel my package which has been denied by them and they aggressively asking the money otherwise there will be no further communication from them. To be precise they threatened me of cancelling the package. Accordingly I complained at consumer care helpline. But being no response received from the company the complaint has been disposed by suggesting to file a case against Humsafar Holiday at District Consumer Court(commission).

Now I want full compensation for the mental harassment as well as for fraudulent service activity by them.
