I planned a tour package to Andaman & Nikobar Island in 2021 from this company with air tickets. Initially they asked me to pay money to book the flights with some advance. When i send some advance they asked me more money saying that i have to pay the full amount for the air tickets. I sent them the full amount for air tickets but they did not book the flights. They asked me for advance for the hotel bookings only then they will book our flights saying that this is a process of the package. I sent them 170000/- as an advance for the hotel bookings then they booked our flights. After booking the air tickets they asked me for the balance amount saying that hotel property is not giving booking for advance. They are demanding the full payment giving reason of peak season. Then i asked them to refund my money as i do not any package from their company. They told me that i have to pay the balance amount and retain the booking else no refund will be given to me. I approached the nearby police station and logged a complaint against this company. When contacted physically by the local police authority their address was fraud. No one is found at that address. After threatening them on phone they agreed to pay the amount in a monthly basis with a maximum of 4 months. They refunded me for next 3 months with the amount of Rs.120000/- (40000/- monthly). But after that they did not pay a single penny. When contacted them and realising the local police authority they asked me do anything they will not refund any amount now saying their company has been closed and they are not liable for any refunds. As a result my 50000/- had been still in their hands. Please take some actions against these companies.
