We started talking to travel agent of humsafar holiday mr. Sumit Tripathi for that our travel package cost was 35 k but we did soem changes in hotel on which he agreed completely but travel pacakge cost increased to 40 k he was the one with whom we were in constant contact and he assured us about those particular hotels on booking we paid half the amount of travel pacakge (as per itinerary)
On the very next day sumit and his booking team partner Vishal started pressurising us for paying remaining half amount as hotel charges may increase near 15 day before our travel date on which we were supposed to pay full amount. While we were discussing this on phone mr. Vishal was talking rudely and unprofessionally and he hang up on us .
We paid remaining amount as we don’t want to ruin our trip on such things and he assured us that he will provide hotel booking immediately but even after two days of constantly asking them about hotel they haven’t provide any information because of weekend on Monday when we asked them about hotel booking the they said cost of our package has increased up to 1,17,000 as per itinerary (40.5 k) tremendous Inc in cost these guys are completely fraudster on their end problem they are still deducting 5 percent cancellation charges and providing refund after 21-50 days

Same thing do like this for us also and they given time to refund 25th November and it is over so still no refund and 5 % gst deduct and taken time 21 to 50 days but 4 months over still no refund what we can do
