1st they send you low cost packages with saying pay 50% now and remaining on date of arrivals, than they ask you to pay full payment once you pay fill amount they ask you to pay some extra as Hotel tarrif and cab cost has increased. And when asked for refund they tell you to wait for 50 working days and they don’t reply to emails and the executive kavita blocks on whatsapp don’t pick up calls .this how they scammed….please be careful with such tours and travel agencies.


How to file a complaint against Humsafar Holiday?

* Go to page
* Write Humsafar Holiday in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Humsafar Holiday.

  1. They are not fraudsters. They have agreed to give refund amount. They have taken a action also on executive who blocked. Customer support people have spoken very nicely. And promised to given refund shortly. I think was mistaken due to miscommunication.
