I had booked tour package from them and gave 50% advance and they said to pay rest at arrival. But then they started asking for rest 50% in 2 days itself. I refused to pay as I got in doubt and canceled the package. Still I haven’t received by previously paid advance amount even after calling them many times. 1 month have already been passed

Company owner has agreed to give my refund amount before 30th Oct, 2021.
I have received my 50% refund amount from owner and they have agreed to give my remaining 50% on or before 9th Nov,2021
I don’t think they are fraud as others say and I just wrote the complaint in hurry .
I have received my refund after cutting gst & cancellation charges as per their policy .Main thing is they have kept their word and refunded the amount as per their mail.Behaviour during my conversation was good enough.
