We started talking to mr. Sumit Tripathi from Humsafar holiday initial cost of pacakge was 35 k We asked him to change hotel after that cost was 40 k on which we agreed. While booking we paid 50 percent as per itinerary and discussion with sumit two days after booking sumit and his booking team fellow Vishal started asking and pressurising us for remaining 50 percent while discussing on call Mr Vishal who was very unprofessional and rude hangup in the middle of conversation. we do not want to ruin our plan so we paid remaining 50 percent and we asked him to provide hotel booking details immediately but despite of asking several time they said they will provide us after weekend when we try to contact them on Monday they said cost of our travel pacakge is 1,17,000 which was 40K initially these guys are fraud and now they are asking us to cancel tour and deducting 5 percent which is the only thing as per their itinerary and refund will be given after 21-50 days . Don’t book from them .
Mr Vishal don’t know how to talk to client they just know how to befool people
