I have booked my Goa Tour package for 4N/5days from your agency and as per that I have paid you 100% amount that has been committed by you for the services as per your mail pdf attached here with.
Though 50% of payment is to be made in advance you have asked for the 100% payment and same has been credited by me in your account via google pay.
there after You have taken extra 12000/- for the change of hotel as per my selected hotel and same has been paid by me as demanded.
Now again you are asking for the payment of 15700/- for cab as an extra amount though my package selected and paid for the holidays is inclusive of cab and now you have been asking for extra amount for the cab is in no way feasible and viable under any circumstances.
As discussed over phone from hotel at GOA on 10.012.21, no service for room decoration and candle light dinner was provided by you even after taking Rs 2500/- as an extra charges for the above services on the occasion of birthday celebration and no such information was given by yourself to the hotel for the same.
So requesting your goodself to kindly refund the amount as service is not rendered by you and i have to pay much more amount at the last movement and have to face mental harassment too.
Also Taxi service, Swift Dzire AC with Driver and all charges for the entire tour plan ie 4N/5Days was committed by your self in the quotation which was paid by me but no such service is being rendered by you except for the pick up & drop from the airport was provided after several discussions.
