Humsafar holidays given me a package of 1 lac of 8 people for ladakh in this there was flight of rs 70000 and land package of rs 30000
When I had paid them 1 lac online through bank then they said that they want 30500 rs more for land package then we requested to return our 30000 . We had gone to ladakh by flight tickets rs 70000 booked by them and everything like car , hotel, etc we had booked by own when we came back then I had said to them to refund my 30000
They said to send cancellation mail then they said that you will recieve your refund in 21 to 50 days excluding Saturday Sunday and festival off after this they were saying that company is in loss applied for loan
Now there phone numbers are switched offff
We had gone in last September 2021
Now date is 25 April 2022
