I booked a plot in SRR Hyde Park in December 2012 and paid several Lakhs rupees. The promised to register the plot within few months and made me to call them over telephones several hundred times but of no use. Finally in December 2016 they told me in person that the Hyde Park Project is shelved and formally I cancelled the booking the same day. The sales managers promised me to refund the money within two months, but they have not refunded a single Rupee. Now they have stopped responding to telephone calls. I have given a final date to refund my money latest by 10th June, 2016 failing which I shall be forced to take legal action against the Firm as well as the Sales Managers.

There was some misunderstanding due to inordinate delay in registration of a plot. When I talked to Mr. Siva in person, he assigned Mr. Gowda to take steps for registration of the plot. The plot was registered in my name last month due to help and cooperation extended by Mr. Gowda and Mr. Siva. I strongly recommend projects of Excel Dwellings/Nakshtra Township for living as well as for investment.
