Hi,

I have made a purchase using the mobile App add published in Times of India news paper. Purchased details below
Your Order #100003969 (placed on September 12, 2017 10:03:20 PM IST)

Now its more than 20 days and no one is answering the phone nor they are reply via email. I am stuck and need some help here. Let me know what is my next option here. We should get the customer info and block the payment details and file a case against them.
