I had ordered the product WITH VLE Bazaar TP-LINK MR 6400 Router on 20/02/2022, whereas they had sent me a used refurbished defective, TP-LINK MR200 ROUTER which was delivered on 10/03/2022 Tthe power button was found in ON status and the box was fully damaged, the power adapter wires were opened and signs of usage..Images for the damage were attached herewith.. I had initiated return .and requested to arrange for a return pick up on the same day of delivery 10/03/2022. Regarding this grievance I had already sent VLE Bazzar three emails on 10/032022, 12/03/2022 and 14/03/2022 but there is no response.
