Sir, I have purchase i8earpods from online web -i8earpods.com but I received i7s and it is not good, product price ₹1499/-

When I go to return policy for returning my wrong product I see no contact number or email for for talk to return , my product is not returned.

I am also purchasing online i7s TWS earpod from unitech arcadia and they send to me faulty earpods which is not working. There is not mention any mail ID and contact no. Of company bill except amount and address. Please let us know the returning address for the same.

I have ordered i8earpods – Dual i8 earpods but I received wrong product i7S tws on jan 8,2019.
I tried sending email and trying to contact i8 earpods customer service but there is no option to reach/email not returning. I want to refund the amount ₹1499, invoice # IEP61018.

i think its a fraud company since they have not even given their contact number and not even replying to mails.if i wont get my money back then i am going to launch a police complaint
