I got my i8earpods unitech Arcadia on 10th November under order no IEP41472.The earpods are not working .We have sent the complaint on 11th November but still no answer from them . We neither have the contact no. how to get our money refund. The company is not responding.The packing box looks used one.Please help us to get our money refund .
