Complaint against IbisFab
I had ordered a Saree on line from IBIS.Fab , which was delivered on 15/5/2023, which was
delivered vide order SA1005-174388 . As per their Return Policy, I requested them to return
the same through Email and Whats App because the quality of fabric of the Saree is quite poor
and was not reflected accurately in the picture shown on the website.
After sending reminders, they asked me to provide Shipping Label Photo, Full Open Saree Photo,
And Video Of Unboxing The Shipment. It was assured that they will check and Update me on the
same.
The following information/photo/video was promptly provided through mail and Whats App:
1. Shopping Label Photo
2. Full open saree photo
3. Video of unboxing the shipment
Ihave sent these on WhatsApp also.
T also mentioned that fail to understand the logic of this exercise but itis still done as requested.
Moreover, your website does not display any Return policy and no such requirement before
initiating the Return process given on the website. I requested them to stop harassing the
hapless customers and initiate the return process asap.
On receiving no response, I again sent them a mail stating that we are not at all satisfied with
their service. There are false assurances on your Website. No one picks up the phone for any
explanation. These things can’t be decided by mail or WhatsApp. Sorry to say, the product is
much inferior in quality as shown on the website. Moreover, your Website does not show any
procedure or terms and conditions for return of product. Now you are seeking a lot of irrelevant
information and finding ways to refuse the return. It is a bad consumer practice. There are many
adverse reviews on your social media platform which confirms your poor service and bad
consumer practices. There is no satisfied customer, who has given good views about you. I
requested them to please take back this product as you have mentioned on the website that the
products are returnable. Or at least allow me to exchange from any of your authorised sellers
in South Delhi so that I can see it personally and get a saree of the same or higher range as per
my choice.
They simply said in their reply that they have delivered the product I has ordered.
IT again sent them a mail requesting them to go through the trail mail carefully. I also mentioned
that their website do not mention any conditions for return of product. It is unethical and
unprofessional to raise unnecessary query , when some one wishes to return the product. I
requested them to at least allow us to exchange this saree from any of their sales agents in
Delhi.
They again sent a standard reply that I have been provided the same product which I had
ordered without addressing my grievance about quality and acceding to my request for
exchange, if it can’t be returned.
