i have personal loan from icici bank( LPLUC00038677417) with EMI- 8253pm. In this pandemic i pay my emi before date i.e. 10 th of every month. but still ecs mendate presented in bank on 10th of every month. and return. Now they charging 7237/- as penalty.
I want from bank to canclled these charges. and give correct report to cibil.
