Fraud Transactions On Debit Card Bank Account And No Refund From Bacnk Against It

There was fraud incident happpened to my account on 31/12/2016 of INR 35000/-
between 11:20 AM to 11:30 AM. These transactions were carried out using
my debit card details however the fact was that I have never shared any
details like card number , grid , pin or any other things to anybody.
Being a IT person (I am working with IBM , India) , I am aware of what is
security and do take utmost care while doing transactions. When these
transaction happened on my account , I was seating at home and my debit card
was with me only. I have not received any OTP as well.

I immediately contacted ICICI bank customer support and asked them to block
my debit card , internte banking and they done the same. They have
registered the Servivce request (SR) SR#449213831 for the fraud case and
suggested me to contact nearest branch and submit below documents
— Debit card photo copy
— PAN Card photo copy
— Transaction dispute form.
I have submitted the same to ICIC Bank , Sinhgard Road branch. I took almost
3 hours to complete this as the officer was busy.
Then this officer was not sure about whehter I should submit FIR with police
or not , so I myself visited local police chowky and they suggested me
to to enquire with Cyber Crime Cell , Pune. I then immediately visited Cyber
Crime Cell c/o Police Comissioner Office , Pune Police and submitted the FIR around 5 PM.

This is short description.Please see attached file complaint history. Bank has harrsed me with their response on this and finally refused to refund the money. As per me it is Banks’s responsibility to keep customer money safe. I have wated my time , money, efforts , energy and it caused me lot of metal stress and Bank should fined for this and give me my money and harrsement compensation
