Hi,

I have the same problem after moving to canada that i am not able to banking overseas without otp, i am trying to call up the customer care and everytime the authentication is successful and the call hangs up.

At least they should have some facility to do banking with the registered email id’s instead of just with otp on mobile numbers,
Or something like generating the otp with some security questions through internet banking.
