hello, from my ICIC Debit card twicw 2000/-rs has been debited with out my notice and got message alert saying “Dear customer, purchase of inner 2,000.00 has been made on Debit card linked to my icic account . INFO: VIN*payU “

totally 4000rs has been debited from my account on the name of VIN*PayU
