Please check all the statement’s since the month of Mar-20 till date though i had enrolled the facilities of Moratorium you have been charging late payment , RLDP charges and overlimit and all the charges as normal.
So request you to kindly wave off all the additional charges you had charged in my card.
And also they had kept my saving account in lean,
