On 17-03-2017 in the afternoon I reveived the call from icici customer care stating that from today onwards we are going to stop your pay back point and your pay back point cash value is Rs 7987 while speaking with employee I received the message that you have made a transaction Ts 7987 at MOTO_TPSL .but I didn, t made this tranaction . Employee name is abhishek and contact no is +911168777729 from I was received the call . I had already send a mail to icici customer care but I don, t received any reply from icici bank . After disconnecting the call on this no then abhishek told me that sir dont worry about this message your amount put on hold . Today I was trying to calling on this no but no is showing not reachable .so please help me in this matter and advise how we raised a complaint to RBI .
