I have resigned for IFA residential Services in August and got all clearances, filed complaint in January with Trakhees and all was resolved, until now IFA is not paying my final settlement/Graduaty. They have issued me the cheque copy but until when I call they say file case with Trakhees, this is not acceptable as I worked over 2 years for the company and this money is mine and due to me.
I have filed an complaint online but no feedback, please assist me to get my money.
