My hero is missing from heroes altar… .the same day it disappeared on which i hired it… .
Live chat customer service they don’t believe me and say you hired 16 heroes … . But not gunslinger.
In reality i only hired 9 heroes including gunslinger.
It was on 27 june on igg id 301601724
Please inform them… to help me
My account was hack on November 01 2022 and my account was f2p at that time but hacker purchase some pack and igg not give my account after i provide all information. I keep mailing them over a month.
They said they need purchase details.
