Have ordered one item in IGP.com. Now, in the “My Orders” section of the portal, it is showing as “Order has been cancelled”. Even I didn’t received any order details through the SMS/MAILS. This is completely fraud.
And, this is not the first time that I have ordered in IGP.com, I have been ordering in IGP.com from few months, but at that time I received the order correctly and arrived on-time as well.
From this, I understood that these fraudsters play smartly with the users. For the first time/first 1-2 orders, they will act as if they are genuine, then they will start these kind of activity.
So, we users have to be smart enough with these kind of companies.

How to file a complaint against IGP?
* Go to page
* Write IGP in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from IGP.
Actually they delayed to respond, now I have received a mail saying Order is cancelled (may be cancelled due to this COVID) and will be refunded within few days.
