Sir /madam
The promoter sk afroz is illegally constructing an additional floor at 23dn ambedkar sarani 4th floor. Ps topisa kolkata 700046.
While the sanctioned plan is only g+3. The promoter sk afroz us constructing g+4 which is illegal. The top 4th floor is still being constructed since the existing building structure is not so strong and it is only g+3 plan and it cannot bear the extra load the building may collapse damaging the lives of the residents. It requested to get stopped the illegal construction and save the lives please take necessary action
