Kindly find the attached fill-up claim form along with product details of item i had order.
I visited at our local post office once again i.e. at Hinjewadi infoteck P.O. They have delivered this item of tracking number LW559588466GB to another person at different postal address. (It’s sent to Shubham Sharma at kalpataru society at same area) As per post office my shipping address was not mention on the parcel even though the tracking ID mention on that parcel is same.
For the product reference no. 56190 (verus dandy leather style iphone 6s plus/6 plus wallet case-brown) On mobile fun in my account it shows me my order Id 5689415 with tracking ID LW559588466GB. if you want, you can check my mobilefun account or refer attached pdf for your reference. But at our local post office they have received one item with same tracking ID i.e. LW559588466GB but with different name & shipping address there for they have delivered it to another concern person as mentioned on the posted parcel.
It means there is some mistake from your side because on my account it shows me one tracking ID & at post office they receive with same tracking no with different name & shipping address even I don’t know the item is same or different.
But fact is by paying money in advance (i.e. Rs 2644.95) for the order I have not received my order till now & facing problem like this. I have contacted you several times for the same even visited local post office 3 to 4 times just a wastage of time & money with lots of trouble. I strongly fill my big mistake by ordering item from mobilefun.
Therefore I kindly request you to cancel my order & refund my total amount of rs 2644.95. to my account.
Hope you will resolve my problem As soon as possible.
