Dear sir/madam,
I want to inform you that i was working for tgb realty pvt. Ltd., a construction company during the period (April-2015 to march-2016). During our job period, tax was being deducted from my salary but was neither deposited to it department nor given form 16. Due to which i am unable to file itr.
We have discussed this matter with the company management but they are not giving any satisfactory reply. So we request you to look in to the matter & take a appropriate action so that form-16 is issued to us.
