i had ordered a truffle cake but the cake that was delivered to me was a simple monginis cake of max Rs. 300, but i have been charged Rs. 600 for it along with 300/- delivery charge.
i had talked to the customer care dept. but they did not listen to me and disconnected the phone when i asked to talk to her manager.

i am left with no options but to go to consumer forum to ask for justice and get back my money.
i am really frustrated with this cheating that they have done with me.
