I am the account holder of housing loan (Bt from dhfl) where acno is 795618 also i had applied for top up but the top up amount not yet received by me till date. All the original documents of property has been submitted at your raipur (C. G.) offices on last week (Wednessday) but the amount not released when i am calling daily to your local branch office since monday and they assured i will get the amount today but 5 days completed and result is zero.

Why the wrong information given to me by your concerning staff…?

I am not satisfied with your service..
