I have bought a plot in har har gange scheme haridwar from octagon buildor area 120 square meters. I have paid all the instalment timely they provide good services by sending their executives to collect the cheque even they have allotted a plot to me but the location is not good so i request them to give me good location plot which they agreed. I visited their site in haridwar their i found no progress going on still it was a agricultural land so i visited their office in noida and their they promised me to give a good location plot and a final registry date. Now where is that company i don’t know pls take a action against the company a Hi,
It is very disheartening to inform about the fraudulent practices being employed by the indiabulls staff while selling property. Recently i bought a flat in the hyde park society, sector 78, noida, u. P. The property was being sold through indiabulls. Two indiabulls employees assisted me in finalizing the deal, namely – mr. Vinay mishra (Ph no. [protected], [protected]) and mr. Vikas (Ph no. [protected]). They persuaded me into buying the property by offering me an amount which they agreed to pay me from part of their commission. As evident, they were bluffing and i got no amount in return. I was also offered place of parking as per my requirement below my tower, but that also didn’t happen. These cheap tricks employed by indiabulls staff brings a lot of bad name to indiabulls. Which further hinders me from associating myself in any way with indiabulls in future as you have lost the credibility through act of your employees.
