My name is Vishal More, I have booked flat in Mahavir Patwa project (KHARBAO) a year back in the name of my father Shri. Khaserao More, Flat details are as follows Flat # K-16-208 (ID -CM12277), Your RM Mr. Prabhakar Sinha had shown the site, convinced me and my friend to book flat in the project assuring that construction will be completed by 2018, When I along with my friend visited site found that construction of said plot is yet not stated and demographic of the site is as same as it was at the time of booking, when we inquired at the site and found that there is some issue with the builder and landowner hence we were told that construction will extend till 2020-21.
We feel cheated now, we had invested in the project basis “India Bulls” name as marketer in the project, Please look in to this and assist us Cancelling flat with Cancellation charges weaver
Please refund amount at earliest.
I raised complaint in Sep- 2016, Yet not body from IndiaBulls is responding

Even i also waiting for a contact person to get the refund.
I have already submitted by request in Indiabull office – Elphiston but still no update or call or no response from any one.

I am also still waiting for refund from Indiabulls I also have booked a flat no progress still awaiting for refunds hope to getback my hard earned money soon feel extreamly sad for notgetting my hard earned money as refund. indiabulls should look in to this and give back the refunds at the earliest me beeing blind visually challanged still not getting back my money really??
