I ordered an eggless plum cake on 17/12/17 to be delivered to an address in roorkee on 19/12/17. Instead , they delivered a cream pineapple cake . Upon questioning this on email, they said they have the right to change the order, without informing, to whatever is available. Why keep so many things in site if they are going to deliver whatever they want.? I asked for refund because I didn’t want what they delivered, but they denied. You can’t force your choice on customer. I paid for one thing and only want the product I paid for and not anything else.
