indian oil – LPG SUBSIDY STOPPED COMING IN BANK ACCOUNT

I had taken one LPG connection of Indian Oil from Modern gas Agency, 334 G.T. road , Bally , howrah , Pin-711201 , WB .
Connection is in the name of Bidya Sagar Sharma, Consumer No. is : CX19642168, K NO.-100000538255995.
I received subsidy only once in my linked Bank account but since then it was stopped coming in my account .
Therefore requesting you to kindly look into the matter urgently

    Dear Sir,
    Our Consumer Id : 32454 ( Name- Chandra Bhushan Singh) Address- 23/1, Ram Charan Naskar Lane, Ghusuri, Howrah-711107. When we received sealed pack new Refilled Gas Cylinder delivered on 20/12/2019 but this new sealed pack Gas Cylinder is continuing gas leakage. So kindly please Exchange new one Refilled Gas Cylinder delivery at our home address as soon as possible.
