Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Pankaj Nimawat and my Gas consumer no. Is – 10497 and my LPG ID. 37500000013289553 and Registered mobile no.9649872007 , Email.ID: [email protected]. Distributor: Shivam Gas fatahpura udaipur rajasthan 313001. I am not getting subsidies for the last 6 no. of Cylinders supplied

Originally I linked my aadhar card with Kotak bank and subsequently linked with Axis bank. Suddenly Axis bank closed my Savings bank account in 5/062/16. Because of that I have not received my subsidy to my account for the six cylinder booked and delivered on 12/06/16

When I contacted IDFC Bank, they asked me too link my aadhar with some other bank. On 17th April,2017 I linked my aadhar with Union Bank.

Now I came to understand that I will get the subsidy only from 19/4/17 it booking cylinders.

I request the subsidy not given to my previous refills on 12/06/16 and 14/3/17 may please be credited in my newly seeded account of Union Bank a/c no. 546702010092464 with the name of Mr. Pankaj Nimawat

Please check and provide me the subsidies for at the earliest.
