I introduce myself as Barhate Gas Services (Cidco, Nasik) Customer with my Consumer No.-22329, availed of DBTL Scheme and as per directive from Indian Oil department dully linked my Adhar No.-2224 5909 7637 with distributor as well as with my Bank Account No.as under-

Abhyudaya co-op Bank Ltd., Ambad, Trimurti chowk, Cidco, Nashik.
After delivery of refiled cylinder at my home in 2013. But no subsidy amount has yet been transfered to above mentioned bank.
I am in trouble to manage fund. As shall, I request your good office to please intervene into the matter and help me to get the subsidy amount.
