indian oil – Non Receip of Subsidy in my Bank Account

My LPG id no.3750000005845706 consumer no. 8046. I booked a cylinder on 05-03-2015 and cylinder was delivered on 20-03-2015 vide Cash Memo No.3000096948. But till time I have not received Subsidy Amount. My SBI Account no.11198788718. Last time also after complain I received my subsidy.
