I have a gas connection with Amit gas agency kaushalpuri kanpur (distributor of INDIAN OIL),one of my icici bank becomes link with the gas connection which was dormant and subsidy transfer two times,we want to change the linked account so we closed the existing account and open a new one wherein adhar card is updated as suggested by gas employee.Now still the gas subsidy is not transfering to my new account and gas agency employee is not able to tell me the reason for not transfering the subsidy plz help

NOT RECEIVED INDANE GAS SUBSIDY:
On 23.01.2017, I booked gas at Indane Gas Distributors ( Survey Park Gas Service, C-215 Survey Park, Kolkata 700075) .
Gas was delivered by the distributor on 24.01.2017 against full payment (Rs.606/-) and corresponding Gas subsidy was supposed to be credited to my savings account at SBI Bank, Gol Park Branch, Kolkata, where my Aadhaar number is linked as also linked with the said Gas Distributor.
I regret to mention that till date (13.03.2017) no gas subsidy against the above mentioned gas supply has been credited to my Bank savings account.
