Hi,

I have lost my back pack this morning while travelling from Pune to Dadar. PFB full journey details :-

PNR : 4133253724
Train no : 16382
Coach/Seat no. : S9,45

My back pack contains all the valuable items such as driving license, pan card, aadhar card, 2 credit cards, 3 debit cards, my company id etc.

Please help me to reimbursement the cost that i have incurred by loosing above items as it is Railways responsibility to protect passenger’s valuables.
