With regard to the above reference, I wish to state that the above train was cancelled by
South Western Railways at the last minute (due to some agitation).This caused me
lot of anxiety and stress as I was totally stranded .
As per the rules, I am eligible for re-imbursement.
Till date, I am unable to get the re-imbursement either from the
South Western Railways or the Agent(JDS Tours & Travels)

Request you to immediately address the matter and help me in getting the amount back
with interest.
