I Mayank sinha, reserved a seat from Mumbai to Gorakhpur junction on 15 October 2017, and the reservation was under TQWL/1 till 11:38pm (chart was prepared) when enquired under official website of Indian railways(irctc), but sometime before departure I got a mail that the seat has been confirmed, but still reflecting as waiting on official website because of which I wasn’t able to catch the train, therefore I m claiming for my refund.
