Sir, according to indian railway policy and rules senior citizens(both male and female) and females above age 45 will get lower berth on ticket reservation automatically.i am senior citizeb(age 64) and my wife age 57 ,I have booked ticket on railways but didn’t get lower berth neither for me nor for my wife. We got upper and middle berth for our journey,my journey date is 17th July 2017 and return date 26th Jule 2017 ,I requested you to upgrade our seats in lower berth. PNR 2333995162. PNR 8761025862
