Respected Sir/Mam;

I went to book a ticket for myself and for my family,last day in a nearby reservation centre situated in my locality.
Due to official’s irresponsibility ,I was forced to wait for an hour to book my tickets . The reason from the official is that she could book 3 tickets at a time. Prior to me, I saw that official was booking 10 tickets for a single person without any grievance.Even though.there is no other person in the Que other than me ,she forced me to wait and treated me without any respect and she refused to book tickets until another person came…
It is not the first time happening in the reservation centre in Tiruchirappali Fort Station, in Tamil NADU. Even many times they have wrongly booked the ticket by changing the date of journey,destination,booking on some other trains.I am booking this complaint on the basis of “RIGHT TO REDRSESSAL” .
